ازدواج بادختر صغیره قرآن عظیم الشان (در ایه 21 سوره رم ) میفرماید :« ومن آیاته أن خلق لکم من انفسکم أزواجآ لتسکنوا إلیها وجعل بینکم مودة ورحمة إن فی ذلک لایات لقوم یتفکرون »(از نشانه های پروردگار آنست که بیافرید برای شما از جنس شما زنان را تا آرام گیرید بسوی ایشان وپیدا کرد میان شما دوستی ومهربانی ، بدرستی که در این کار نشانه ها است برای گروهی که تفکر میکنند ). «لتسکنوا إلیها » آرامش گرفتن واقعی در کنار همسر تا زمانی تحقق نمی یابد ، تازمانیکه زن بالغه وصالحه نباشد . بنآازدواج با دختر صغیره نه تنها اهداف مندرج در آیه متبرکه را تحقق میبخشد ، بلکه مصالح علیای مجتمع انسانی را نیز به مخاطره جدی مواجه می سازد. درازواج با دختر صغیره نه تنها مودة ورحمت است بلکه در ازدواج با دختر صغیره اهانت به امر ازواج واهانت به مقام والای انسان وارزشهای انسانی است . هدف از ازدواج رسیدن به یک لقمه نان ولباس وخانه نیست ،بلکه هدف از ازدواج عشق است ومحبت است.
