ترجمه وتفسیر سُورَةُ الحجر

این سورۀ مبارکه به سبب بیان داستان أصحاب حِجر در آن، «حجر» نام گرفت. «حِجر» وادی ای است در میان مدینه و شام و أصحاب حجر، قوم ثمود اند. اين سوره داراى نود ونه آيه است و به قول مشهور پنجاه و دومين سوره مي‌باشد كه قبل از هجرت درمكّه پس از سورۀ یوسف در دورۀ سخت دشواری، در فاصله ای زمانی «عام الحزن» و سال هجرت بر پيامبر اكرم صلى الله عليه وسلم نازل شده است. طوریکه یاداور شدیم :«حِجْر» نام شهرى است كه قوم حضرت صالح در آن زندگى مى‌كردند و نام اين سوره از آيه هشتاد آن كه درباره قوم صالح است، گرفته شده است.
