تفاوت نماززنان با مردان

اکثریت مطلق علماء ،فقها ، ومفسران بدین عقیده اند که: اصل در این است که احکام نماز در شرع برای زن و مرد یکسان وضع گردیده است ، ودر اساس ومبداء هیچگونه تفاوت وفرقی بین نماز زن و مرد وجود ندارد مگر اینکه دلیلی بر تفاوت آن در شرع وجود داشته باشد. بنابراین چون هیچ دلیلی در شرع دین مقدس اسلام ، دیده نمیشود که در بین نماز مرد و زن تفاوت گذاشته باشد. لذا تمامی احکام، ارکان، واجبات و سنن نماز بطور کل در شرع اسلامی برای زنان مسلمان و مردان مسلمان یکسان وضع گردیده است . در سنت صحیح نبوی، هیچگونه استثنایی در این مورد برای زنان دیده نمیشود، بلکه این فرموده ودستور العمل پیامبر صلی الله علیه و سلم شامل زنان ومردان هردو میباشد ، که میفرماید : «صلوا کما رأیتمونی أصلی» (نماز بخوانید همانطور که دیدید من نماز خواندم) شامل حال زنان نیز میباشد.
