برښنایي یا ټولنیزې رسنۍ د نوي عصر او تکنالوژۍ هغه مهمې وسیلې دي، چې په ډېره کمه موده کې یې د نړۍ پر هر ګوټ خپل سیوری غوړولی دی.د نړۍ په هره برخه کې مینه وال لري.دا ټکنالوژي په ډېر کم وخت کې د ډېرو خلکو د پام وړ وګرځېده. د برښنايي رسنیو له لارې په لږه موده کې ډېر معلومات تر لاسه کېږي.د همدې برښنايي او ټولنیزو رسنیو په مرسته په لکونو کتابونه، مقالې، لیکنې او معلومات خپریږي او په لکونو لوستونکي او معلومات غوښتونکي ترې خپله برخه ګټه اخلي. پخوا چې برښنايي رسنۍ نه وې، نو په ژوند کې پرمختګونه هم ډېر کم و. معلوماتو ته د خلکو لاس رسی په نشت حساب و. له نوې نړۍ څخه خلک ناخبره او ټکنالوژي یې نه پېژندله، خو چې په نړۍ د ټکنالوژۍ سیوری وشو او د خلکو غوښتنې زیاتې شوې، نو ټکنالوژي هم پرمخ ولاړه. ویلی شو چې برښنايي رسنیو او په ځانګړي ډول ټولنیزو رسنیو د ادب په وده کې مهم رول لوبولی او اوس یې هم لوبوي. په برښنايي رسنیو کې اسلامي،فرهنګي، ادبي ،ټولنیزې،سیاسي او د ژوند نورو برخو پورې تړلي ټول موضوعات راټول او خلکو ته وړاندې کېږي.
