اوليور ټويسټ” نومې ناول په انگريزي ژبې ۱۸۳۸ م کې چاپ شو. د دې ليکوال چارلس ډکنس په ۱۸۱۲ م کی زېږېدلې او دا يې دوېم ناول و. د ده کيسې او ناولونه د ټولنې د اصلاح لپاره نوم لري. ډکنس خپل ماشومتوب په بی وزلۍ کی تېر کړې و او د ده پلار چې پورونه يې نشو ورکولې د خپلو اولادونو سره څو کاله په بندي خانې کی هم تېر کړل. له دې کبله ډکنس د غريبو خلکو د ژوند حال د نږدې نه ليدلې او په کيسو کې ډېر ښه بيان کړی دی. هغه د ژورناليسټ په حيث د لندن د يوې مجلې لپاره ليکنی وکړی او وروسته يې څو ناولونه نور هم وليکل. ” اوليور ټويسټ” د يو ماشوم کيسه ده چې د نولسمې پېړۍ په لندن کی بی سرنوشته گرځي، د خيرات خورو او غلو لاس ته لوېږي او اخر يې قسمت بدلېږي. -
