طلاق

مبحث اساسی سورۀ طلاق را دفاع از حقوق زنان؛ از جمله موضوعات طلاق وعدت، را در بر می گیرد. قابل تذکر است که هفت آیات اولی این سوره، پیرامون موضوع طلاق و احکام و مسائل مربوط آنرا مورد بحث قرار داده است، وبه همین علت است که این نام سورۀ «طلاق » را بخود گرفته است. بخش دوم سورۀ، در حقيقت انگيزۀ اجراى بخش اول است که عظمت خداوندمتعال، و عظمت مقام رسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلم، و پاداش صالحان، و مجازات بدكاران، را مورد بحث و تمرکز قرار داده است. قابل یاد آوری است که این سوره در زمان که اولین پایه واساس دولت اسلامی در مدینۀ منوره در حال تأسیس بود، نازل گردیده است.
