د شاعر پیژندنه : محمد الله رازق په ۱۳۳۸ کال کی دپکتیا ولایت د زر مت د ولسولی دزاړه کوهی په کلی کی په یوه بزگره کورنی کی زیږیدلی دى. لومړنی زده کړی یی د زرملی دلومړنی بر خی په لومړ شوو نئی کی پای ته ورسولی منځنی زده کړی یی د زر مت د شهید حبیب الله زر متی په لیسه کی پای ته ورسولی د ١٣٥٦ کال په پای کی د کانکور ازموینی له تیرو لو وروسته د کابل پوهنتون د طب په پوهنځی کی شامل او په ١٣٦٣ کال کی له نوموړی علمی موسسی څخه بریالی راووت. محمد الله رازق به ١٣٦٤ کال کی څارندوی په اکاډمی کی شامل او په همدی کال کی له نو مو ړی اکاډ می څخه فارغ اود څار ندوی قواوو په یوه جگړه پیزه قطعه کی د روغتیایی چارو د مسوول په توګه وټاكل شو . داکتر محمد الله رازق له ١٣٥٢ کال را پدی خوا شعر وايی او دا یې دشعرونو لومړنی چاپی مجموعه ده چی گران لوستونکی یی لولې.
