از ﮔذﺷﺗﮫ ھﺎی دور ﺑﺎ ﻧﺷرات ﻣﺣدود، ھر ﭼﮫ ﺛﺑت اوراق ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﺷده و ھر ﭼﮫ راوﯾﺎن اوﻟﯽ ﻧﮕﺎﺷﺗﮫ اﻧد، ﭼون ﺑﯾﺎن ﺣﺎل و ﺷراﯾط ﺗﺣﻘﯾﻖ و ﺗدﻗﯾﻖ آن ﮐﻣﺗر ﻣﯾﺳر اﺳت، ﺑﺎﯾد ﺑدون درک ﺻﺣت و ﺳﻘم آن، ﺑدون در ﻧظر داﺷت ﮐﻠﯾﮫ ﺟواﻧب اوﺿﺎع ﺳﯾﺎﺳﯽ داﺧﻠﯽ و ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ، ﺑدون در ﻧظر داﺷت ﭼﮕوﻧﮕﯽ ﺷراﯾط ﻣﺣﯾط، اذھﺎن ﻋﺎﻣﮫ، ﺟﺎﻧب داری ھﺎ و ﯾﺎ ﺑر ﻋﮑس آن، ﮐذا ﺳﺎﻟم و ﯾﺎ ﻧﺎ ﺳﺎﻟم ﺑودن رواﯾﺎت، ﻣﺟﺑوراً ﺑﺣﯾث ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ اش ﻗﺑول ﮐرد. اﻣﺎ واﻗﻌﮫ ﻧﮕﺎران اﻣروزی ﮐﮫ از ﯾﮑطرف وﺳﺎﯾل ﻧﺷرات و ﭘﺧش وﻗﺎﯾﻊ ﻓراوان اﺳت، و از ﺟﺎﻧب دﯾﮕر از وﻗوع ﺣﺎدﺛﺎت ھم ﭼﻧدان دور ﻧﺷده ، ﮐذا اﺳﻧﺎد ﺛﻘﮥ دﺳت اول و ﻗﺎﺑل اﻋﺗﻣﺎد از ﻧﺷرات روز، ﻣﻧﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺧﺗﻠف، رواﯾﺎن ﺑﯾطرف و ﺻﺎدق ﻣﯾﺳر ﺷده ﻣﯾﺗواﻧد و زﻣﯾﻧﮥ ﺗﻔﮑﯾﮏ ﺻﺣت و ﺛﻘم آن ﻣﯾﺳر اﺳت، ﺑﺎﯾد ﺻددرﺻد ھﻣﮫ را ﻣطﺎﻟﻌﮫ و ﮐﺳب ﻣﻌﻠوﻣﺎت ﮐرد، ﺗﺎ اﺛری ﺗﺎرﯾﺧﯽ ﻗﺎﺑل ارزﺷﯽ ﺑوﺟود آﻣده ﺑﺗواﻧد
